It uses an intelligent global fiber optic network and is designed to give the customer speed, ease of use and crystal clear connections. The customer access the network through first dialing the short prefix before each call or by pre-selecting Primus as the main carrier. The international and national rates are some of the lowest in all of Sweden. Then dial the city code + phone number.     For example to our Swedish Office you would dial: 9509-152-10060 For international calls, dial 9509 + 00 + country code + phone number.      For example to our US Office you would dial: 9509-00-1-9097953195.   IMPORTANT: Spectra 9509 Sweden is not available when using a mobile phone. National Rates, Billing, and Ordering Details Billing increments 06/06.  Call setup charge, effective March 3, 2000, has changed from 0.40 SEK to 0.50 SEK    including VAT for all calls.  Charges start once the customer/s party answers the phone  VAT is 17.5% on all charged calls  Rates are billed in Swedish Kroner, and customer may pay in Swedish Kroner or US Dollars  No charge for non-connects  Peak hours for national calls are from 8:00 - 18:00 (Monday - Friday).     Off-peak hours for national calls are from 18:00- 8:00 (Monday-Friday) and weekends.  All international rates are in effect 24 hours a day, seven days a week.  Although Spectra Sweden offers very competitive rates, some International destinations     may be lower using Telegroup Global Access Direct service.  To find our international rates use our ratefinder: Return to Top of Page
