What is Global Access Direct Service?Primus Telegroup's new Global Access Direct service is the first special access calling service that offers Canada customers the same savings from a registered phone and on the road. With its PIN-code feature, customers can use the service from the office, home, cell phone, or even while traveling GAD works both in the U.S. and Canada with the same toll-free number.
This service is perfect for business people and residential households who need to make international calls away from the office or home. It works for people in highrises who can't bypass the building's PBX--people who would love the savings the GAD PIN feature offers. It also works for people who want these savings on their cell phones.

More GAD Canada DetailsActual billing time is 30/06. You will be billed for the first 30 seconds
and then in increments of 6 seconds. Charges begin with the dial tone
after dialing the toll free access number.
Each GAD line may have as many PINs as the customer would like.
Two to six digit accounting (unverified) codes are available on GAD.
If a call is in progress, another call CANNOT be initiated with the
same PIN. This will cause the service to lock.
If GAD is used from a U.S. pay phone, a 47¢ FCC mandated surcharge
will be added to the customer's invoice. The charge will appear as a
separate line item on the invoice.
GAD service in the U.S. and Canada is a NO-PIC add-on service in
which customers are not required to changes their current long
distance carriers. And, like other Global Access services, does not
require an LOA.
